What will you do as an IBM GBS Entry-level Business Operations Analysts?

IBM Global Business Services (GBS) Business Operations Analysts are responsible for providing business and strategy operational support for a Sector and/or Industry within Global Business Services North America (GBS NA). Duties will include P&L forecasting, new business signings forecasting & analysis, current client portfolio revenue and profit analysis, and resource labor model metrics & analytics. What do we look for in a successful IBM GBS Entry-level Operations Analysts?

A minimum GPA of 3.2 is a preferred qualification of this position.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, General Business, or a related major from an accredited 4-year institution coupled with internship/work and/or project experience, which will provide the analytical and technical acumen that translates to an entry level operations analyst role

6 months or more experience in a position, project, internship, or university curriculum/program focused on business operations, financial analysis, or engagement economics.
