Job Description

Fast Delivery Systems is looking for a versatile, hard-working HR/Admin Assistant to join our corporate team. As a member of this team you will work with a variety of people and have a “no job is too small” mentality. You will be diligent in your time management and also aid in administrative work around the office. Fast Delivery Systems operates in a fast paced environment where every day brings new challenges and new opportunities. As a HR/Admin Assistant, you will be supporting our office needs and play an administrative HR role.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating and assisting with the employee onboarding processes
  • Process Verification of Employment
  • Maintaining HR and other office organization and filing systems,
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assisting with processing bi-weekly payroll
  • Provide administrative assistance regarding HR issues.
  • Facilitating travel, office parties, and special events
  • Assisting with general office errands
  • General office organization such as tidiness and upkeep of common areas, kitchen and conference rooms
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality with all HR/payroll matters
  • Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with technology i.e. Microsoft Suite
  • The ability to communicate and interface with customer, vendors, and corporate employees
  • Application of strict confidentiality rules to daily workload
  • Superb problem solving skills
  • Must present a positive and professional image for the organization
  • High School Diploma/GED required; 4 year/Bachelor’s Degree a plus
  • 1-2 years of administrative/HR work
