About the Role

As the Human Resources Partner, you will be responsible for working closely with line management and executive teams and other functional areas to proactively address business issues related to workforce development and productivity.

Responsibilities

Provide advise and counsel on a broad range of HR issues and challenges faced by multiple levels of managers and executives.

Drive the successful roll out of various HR programs related to compensation, rewards and recognition, employee development and career progression, performance management and workforce optimization. This will involve understanding program design, tracking and analyzing progress against goals, etc.

Assist managers and executives as they drive organizational change, build organizational capability and drive a high performance culture.

Partner with the broader HR ecosystem on strategic initiatives.

Actively support employee engagement activities in one or more of our key locations in Massachusetts. This may include planning, organizing and / or speaking at events.

This role will be based out of our Cambridge, MA office.

We require a minimum of 5 years of experience:
Including a solid understanding of HR disciplines, including compensation, talent management, employee relations, etc.

Utilizing strong project and program management skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

Producing, analyzing and interpreting HR metrics and reporting for the business unit is needed.

Consultative skills to be able to work closely with business leaders.

As a Human Resources generalist role or HR specialist role.

We prefer a minimum of 8 years

Working to partner across HR teams, business unit teams and other functional areas.

Candidate should have solid reporting skills, spreadsheet skills, presentation skills, etc. HR Professional certification is a plus
