Kingston Residence of Santa Fe is seeking an experienced HR Manager

In this role , your focus will be to perform facility human resources functions including:

  • Employee recruitment and retention
  • Employee relations
  • Payroll oversight and administration,
  • Benefits and personnel policy administration.
  • Assist with maintenance of financial systems in compliance with requirements.

Your Strengths:

  • Desire to learn and contribute
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Organization, passion and integrity

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration or human resources. Extensive experience in HR field may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
  • Two or more years of HR experience
  • Two years of prior experience in a long-term facility, preferred
  • Past experience in payroll and Kronos HRIS desired
  • Proficient w/ computer programs: Microsoft Office, HRIS, LMS, ATS
  • PHR or SHRM – CP Certification preferred
  • Knowledge of HR laws required
  • Excellent communication skills
