Our client, an educational institute, is seeking a temporary HR Generalist and onboarding specialist, with a strong customer service focus, to help transition onboarding systems for 100 new physician faculty. They are transitioning onboarding systems, and need help onboarding new faculty while helping to develop and design the new onboarding process.

Onboarding Tasks (20-30 hours per week):
Serve as primary contact for new physician faculty throughout a high-touch, multi-step onboarding process.

Provide white glove onboarding service to incoming physician faculty through the hospital credentialing and privileging process, department and clinic set up, and employment set up.

Project Management and Process Design (up to 10 hours per week):

Evaluate onboarding process, identify unnecessary and redundant steps, and recommend improvements

Review organization-wide onboarding process and recommend opportunity for centralization or decentralization
