Human Resources/Benefit Coordinator

Job Details:

  • Support payroll time activities
  • Benefit enrollment experience
  • Assist managers and employees with payroll issues and questions
  • Employment verification’s
  • Support on boarding and off boarding activities
  • Responsible for General HR reporting
  • Facilitates HR processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
  • 2 – 3 years experience with HCM systems
  • PHR Certification preferred
  • 2 – 3 years experience in similar HR role
  • Working knowledge of various HRIS software applications and products
  • Strong written communication skills for correspondence, reports and other company materials
  • Proficient experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience interpreting HR data to create reports/ dashboards or other reporting tools
