We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our U.S. HR Operation as a Sr. HR Assistant.

The Sr. HR Assistant is a hands-on role that provides Human Resources support to our many U.S. locations including our U.S. hub in Redmond, WA. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

HR Systems and Reporting:
Ensure data integrity and daily maintenance of our HRIS systems. Duties may include updating employee information, onboarding and off-boarding employees, benefits enrollment, etc.

Attendance tracking: coordinate with managers to ensure employees are working proper schedules, that time off requests are submitted properly.

Completing and distributing weekly and monthly reports to local leadership and maintaining appropriate trackers and dashboards of HR data and analytics.

Administrative:
Act as the first responder to the HR inbox, manage incoming inquiries and questions and facilitate timely responses on behalf of your internal customers.

Assist internal customers with benefits, payroll, vacation, policy and other basic HR inquiries.

Assist Recruiting as necessary (new hire orientations, safety talks, interview loops and coordination).

Conduct administration portion of new-hire orientation.

Partner with People Managers and security for administration of badging process for building access and timekeeping.

Complete employment and payroll versification.

Organize all HR department records, employment files and maintains operation of office equipment.

Maintain several HR spreadsheets related to workers compensation, LOA, etc.

All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Experience with MS Word, Excel, Access.

Previous experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS.

3+ years exposure to the human resources functions.

Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Human Resources training and experience desired.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues.

Outstanding interpersonal skills: must be engaging, helpful, and maintain a strong sense of urgency when working on behalf of your internal customers.

Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills: accuracy is essential.
