The ideal candidate should have staffing agency experience with Human Resources & Staffing experience a PLUS! Full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients and colleagues on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs. They should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and candidate referrals.

Any work experience screening, interviewing and assessing candidates YOU WILL BE STRONGLY CONSIDERED!Ultimately, the responsibilities of the HR/Talent Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a recruiting pipelineSourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etcConducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positionsDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPrepare and post jobs to appropriate jobboard/newspapers/collegesetcSource and attract candidates by using databases, social media etcScreen candidates resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesOnboard new employees in order to become fully integratedAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processRequirements2+ years proven experience as in-house recruiter, a staffing recruiter or a tech recruiter.Solid ability to conduct candidate interviewsComfortable with selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making skillsNot Required but a PlusTelephone Sales ( cold calling) ExperienceBachelors or Associates Degree
