HR Payroll Clerk

HEICO Component Repair Group is currently looking for a HR/Payroll Clerk for our Human Resource Department. If you are outgoing, a fast learner and looking for a company where there is a chance for advancement, this is the position for you. The position will be located in Miami, FL. In this position, the HR/Payroll Clerk may be required to:

• Be able to provide administrative support to HR and payroll department
• Adjust and process forms for payroll
• Maintain all employment records, coordinate and assist in company functions, perform other duties as required and assigned
• Assist on annual benefit enrollment, and any special projects
• Provides front desk receptionist support and takes on other administrative duties as requested by the HR Payroll & Safety Manager
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English & Spanish
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, team-oriented and deadline driven environment
• Must be able to organize and prioritize work with flexibility to meet deadlines
