Job Description

The HR Generalist will be responsible for human resources activities including payroll, benefits administration, enrollment, change events for employees, new hire onboarding and termination processes, and employee relations. This person will also audit eligibility files and carrier/vendor invoices to ensure consistency across platforms for HR, payroll, and benefits.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in a human resources role
• Background in business administration or human resources
• Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now solution
• Experience with benefits systems platforms (e.g., insurance carrier enrollments)
• Strong attention to detail – organized and efficient
• Demonstrated ability to manage and drive employee relations
• Conflict resolution; human resources investigations
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience interacting with SHRM; PHR certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year
