HR Generalist

Constantly growing company looking to add an HR Generalist to our team. Looking for someone who can implement programs by providing services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, and records management.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and staffing logistics
• Organizational and space planning
• Performance management and improvement systems
• Organization development
• Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
• Employee orientation, development, and training
• Policy development and documentation

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR
• Bachelor’s degree
• Extremely proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
