HR Coordinator, Corporate

As a member of the HUGO BOSS Human Resources team, the HR Coordinator will support talent review and acquisition, performance management, organizational capability and design, compensation, employee relations, leadership development and training to deliver easy access, quality service.

Key responsibilities:

· Assist in managing projects, programs and practices that engage, inspire, and recognize workforce performance

· Assist in implementing and communicating company policies and procedures to managers and team members

· Oversee the recruitment process; maintain open job report, manage all job postings on all internal & external job boards, screen & vet candidates, provide resumes to hiring managers, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, prepare offer letters, send out rejection letters, manage headcount forms, manage all relationships with Staffing agencies, point of contact for all employee referrals ensure I-9 process is completed accurately

· Maintain and manage applicant tracking system and follow- up accordingly

· Manage all new hire paperwork via DocuSign and on-boarding process for all new hires

· Create and communicate all New Hire and other organizational change announcements

· Prepare all HR related documents for HRIS entry

· Maintain and update organization charts on a regular basis

· Create and maintain accurate job descriptions for every position

· Manage background and reference check process

· Process unemployment claims

· Invoice Management

· Provide administration support to Sr. HR Director (expenses, travel, phone, calendar)

· Mantain HR employee files and filing room

Other duties, research, and special projects as assigned

Required qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology

· At least 1 year of experience in a Human Resources function

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong follow-up skills

· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and maintain strong attention to detail

· Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effectively

· Strong relationship-building and customer service skills

· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

· Ability to work with all levels of employees

· Knowledge of HR employment related laws/practices a plus

· Highly proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
