HR Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Under the authority of the HR executive, the HR Coordinator- North America will have the following missions:

I. Payroll and Staff Administration

– Undertake the processing of payroll and time management, producing relevant paperwork, ensuring that deadlines are met, that the information provided is accurate for all our subsidiaries in collaboration with the Branch Managers,

– Employee’s personnel file follow up (setting up job offer letters, handbook submission and signature, preparing all terminations and leave of absence, vacation, disciplinary procedures, etc.),

– Set up all documents related to employment formalities: (job offer letters, handbook, insurance, airport badges, etc.).

II. Assist HR Executive

– Advise and assist the HR executive in day to day HR aspects,

– Assist the executive to spread Management decisions to the employees and contribute to build a corporate culture within the company,

– Get feedback from the shop floor staff and try to find solutions with HR executive,

III. Recruitment

– Prepare job adverts; deciding on how best to advertise,

– Conduct first screening hiring meetings,

– Conduct first interviews on definite profile.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $32,000.00 to $34,000.00 /year
