With our focus on becoming the next anchor technology company in ATL, we need to add a Human Resources Business Partner in order to help us achieve that goal. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will personally have responsibilities that will directly impact our employees and culture- no small undertaking, as both are of the highest importance to us.

This highly visible role will own the New Hire Experience, Employee Engagement, Benefit Implementation and work with all departments and levels of employees in the organization as an internal resource for employee support. In addition, you will use your technical expertise to be able to create reporting and provide insights into employment trends, helping the team make decisions and set direction through data analysis. As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be an integral part to our success as SalesLoft continues to grow and attain higher levels of success.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Ambassador for SalesLoft!
  • Owner of New Employee Experience, including onboarding, new hire orientation, and first 90 day connections.
  • Responsible for employee engagement activities and strategies to retain top talent.
  • Resource for employees on pay & benefits, leave of absence, workplace concerns, and all other potential issues that might arise.
  • Compile and analyze reports of employee data to help leadership drive decisions and positive change.
  • Partner with department leaders to gain an understanding of the business priorities, employee roles, and challenges that exist.

Qualifications

  • High level of integrity and discretion in managing confidential information.
  • A passion for Employee Engagement.
  • Engaging interpersonal skills: dynamic and enthusiastic individual who connects well with others.
  • Work effectively and graciously in a fast-paced tech environment; able to respond quickly to changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of an organization.
  • Project management skills. Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience analyzing employee data to make strategic employee decisions.
  • 5 years (More if you’ve got it!) previous experience in Human Resources with proven results of making a positive impact in your role and organization.
  • Driven with a bias towards action; has confident ability to successfully partner with others as well as work with a high level of autonomy.
