Houseperson Part Time

We have an immediate opening for a full time houseperson.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide outstanding service to all guests at each encounter

Clean all public spaces of property to meet the expectations of our guests and Marriott

Clean and maintain exterior entrances of building including windows and doors

Vacuum all corridors and lobby spaces

Remove trash and recycling and dispose of properly

Assist housekeeping staff with removal of trash and deliver linen

Provide housekeeping staff with clean items for placement in rooms

Complete projects as assigned during down times

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Continuous pushing up to 100 lbs. Some Exposure to cleaning chemicals. Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Ability to verbally communicate with guests, co-workers and supervisor.

This position is full time. Employment is contingent upon compliance with the employment verification requirements of the Immigration Reform and Control Act as well as a pre-employment drug screening.
