Hotel Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Front Desk Clerk. This is a fast paced position that requires great customer service and multi-tasking skills. This position is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction through the areas of reservations, guest check in and check out, telephone services, customer service, and much more. Applicants must be able to deal with the general public, customers, and employees with tact and courtesy, and must be punctual, dependable, and flexible. This ad is for a shift which includes working four to five days per week from 3:00 pm-11:00 pm and does include working weekends – please do not apply if you are unable to work this shift.
