Providence is calling a Hospital Access Monitor (Disaster, Variable, 0.5 FTE) to Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.

In this position you will:

Greet each person that enters the building

Complete accurate reports/logs as needed.

Turn away any unapproved visitors, per policy.

Take temperatures and ask screening questions for all patients, approved visitors, vendors, and others as needed.

Give complete and accurate reports to manager upon completion of tasks, duties, and shift.

Provide masks and visitor badge or wristbands to patients, approved visitors, vendors, and couriers.

Check and/or verify employee badges

Provide masks to caregivers who are reporting for their shift.

Coordinate with Security and Nursing, as needed, for policy exceptions.

Prepares patient for meals, serves snacks and assists with feeding.

Document all information supporting assigned tasks accurately and completely in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)

6 monthsExcellent customer service experience
