Overview

Wyncode is looking for a team member who will help lead its strategic partnerships and outcomes initiatives. Somebody with a passion for data analysis and business development. As our Hiring Partnerships and Outcomes Associate, you will report to the Director of Hiring Partnerships.

Ultimately, your success will be determined by the overall success of Wyncoder’s upon completing one of our programs.

Accountabilities

The successful candidate will have a history of startup success and will be specifically tasked with the following objectives:

You are a trusted source who is relied on to help make each day a great day at Wyncode
You set the tone for others especially Wyncode graduates: positive, can do and calm demeanor is what you consistently strive toward
You are a driving force behind keeping the hiring team organized and on track
Collecting and carefully maintaining data of outcomes of all Wyncode graduates
Regularly research tech job market and track open positions
Build a strong knowledge of web development and UX/UI positions in South Florida
Identify new hiring partner opportunities
Help maintain existing hiring partnerships
Execute logistics of partner events when necessary
Manage and execute on communications items as they pertain to hiring which includes but is not limited to: newsletters, social media, reviews
Prepare presentation slides for job support sessions
Will involve some presentation requirements
