Hiring Lead Graphic Desginer to join our creative team

Peakk Studio is currently seeking a skilled and experienced graphic designer to join our creative team. This position requires a highly creative person who is capable of managing a wide variety of projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in all areas of project development, from concept to final delivery, while maintaining excellent attention to detail and the highest standards of design. Candidates should also have the ability to thrive in team brainstorming sessions and be able to work in a team environment to develop and produce new creative for multiple mediums including digital, video, print, social, etc.

Skills Required

At least 2 years of professional design experience
Able to create captive and creative content/designs
Experience with social media management- Facebook, instagram, pinterest, snapchat, etc.
Mac user
Experience with google doc
Proven talent and skills in both print and digital
Team Player
Heavy experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
Photography experience is a plus
Strong talent for all elements of design, layout, and typography
Experience with email Design and Development
Experience with WordPress & Shopify preferred, but not mandatory
Commitment and willingness to learning new skills and practices
Type A personality with superior organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to stick to a timeline
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Team Player

Duties and Responsibilities

Create designs (digital and print), logos, illustrations, layouts, mockups etc.
Be able to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with clients
Be self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects at one time
Have a good understanding of professional web design, digital media and print design practices and standards.
Participate in ideation/brainstorm sessions with creative team and clients
Prepare and deliver production-ready files for print
Ability to take a marketing campaign from assumption to execution
Support the ongoing creation of social media content
Help with social media management
