Herbicide Spray Technician (Laborer)

As a Laborer with DBi, you will be a member of our project support team that performs day-to-day functions for all DBi field operations. Working directly on project sites, you will be an important part of maintaining DBi’s record of excellence.

Our Laborers are truly the core of our business operations. Your primary responsibilities will be to perform tasks for assigned projects, including loading and unloading equipment, working with other crew members to spray herbicide, power washing, cutting brush, and manually applying resin. Not only will you operate various power equipment, but you will also help inspect trucks for full safety compliance. Laborers take pride in using equipment safely, and find satisfaction in getting the job done.

Role Requirements

As a part of our team of Laborers, you must be willing to travel away from home for 4-6 weeks (with hotel expenses paid by DBi) to work on assigned projects. Our Laborers also have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Transportation to and from work is a must.

Physical Job Requirements and Demands (for a Laborer)

The Laborer position requires several physical demands including:

• The Ability to Drive a Manual Transmission Vehicle
• Good Vision
• Compliance to Company Drug and Alcohol Policy
• Ability to Lift 50-60

Compensation Details

We typically start our DBi Laborers at a wage of $13-15 per hour. Wage may change based on how much experience you have or how many Applicator Licenses are current.
