Help Desk & Web Developer Internship

We are seeking an IT intern to join our team!

This internship position is responsible for helping in the day-to-day support of our web applications, supporting our internal applications, as well as desktop user support. Ideal candidates will be actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in the IT field and possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of professionalism. Common tasks include eCommerce web store updates, web site maintenance, Microsoft Office support, Desktop user support, G Suite management, and other various support tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

– Maintaining product and customer data on our various eCommerce websites

– Testing modules and features produced by our development team

– Workstation setup and configuration

– Software deployment

– Desktop user support

– Network user support

The ideal candidate will possess:

– Skills in HTML5, SASS, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, and MSQL

– Version control experience

– Git, BitBucket, and SourceTree

– Windows 10 & Mac experience

– Works well with teams

– Excellent personal, verbal, and written communication skills

– Current browser technology and web trends

Preferable skills but not required:

– C# Windows Forms and web applications

– AngularJS

– WordPress

– DotNetNuke

Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour
