We are currently hiring for: Help Desk Specialist

The Helpdesk Specialist is responsible for supporting end-users by answering the helpdesk hotline and administrating the IT Helpdesk ticket system (PPMS). This will involve the process of supporting user issues with hardware, software and peripheral equipment, and following up to ensure client satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Systems Support Lead in the Information Technology Department.

Candidates of interest will have:

  • A minimum of three year related experience in a user support/helpdesk role. Graduation from an accredited college or university with an AS or AA in Business or Computer Science or equitable experience preferred
  • 4 years’ experience working with hardware and software
  • Knowledge of Credit, Collections or Financial industries desirable
  • Ability to work both independently and in team-based environments
  • Excellent customer service, end-user liaison skills
  • Proficient in Windows Active Directory, Exchange server to that of Office365., Windows Server 2012 and above to that of Windows Server 2008 and above., VMware, and HP-UX exposure to that of Red Hat Linux. is highly desirable
