Help Desk Specialist

Longeviti, LLC, is looking to hire a Help Desk Specialist to join our team to support one of military customers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide Level II IT customer support including hardware and software problem diagnosis and resolution, guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a call center environment.
  • Provide one-on-one end-user training as needed.
  • Assist Network Technicians as needed.
  • Provide printer maintenance and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Provide ceremonial support as requested.
  • Responsibilities also encompass the management, tracking and resolution of support tickets in Remedy.
  • Be able to participate in the “After Hours Duty Support” process.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Two plus (2+) years of professional experience supporting an IT environment
  • Must have or be able to obtain CompTIA A+ or Security + within 6 months of employment.
  • Must be able to clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
  • Must have a current DoD secret clearance or interim secret clearance.

U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain the clearance.

Desired

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT related field
