Healthcare focused .NET Developer

We are currently seeking a Healthcare focused .NET Developer for our client in the IT-Services domain. Role: Healthcare focused .NET Developer

Role Description: The Healthcare focused .NET Developer would need to have at least 6 years of experience. This Candidate must have experience with the X12 Healthcare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transaction sets, if had experience in the healthcare industry.

This position is responsible for participating in the project to replace a legacy EDI middleware application (SeeBeyond) with a custom C# application for the receipt and processing of EDI transactions.

With limited supervision, be responsible for analysis, design, programming, implementation, documentation and administration of the above described software with an emphasis on use of service oriented architecture (SOA). This position is also responsible for refactoring, reengineering and/or maintenance of existing processes and systems.

3 Must Have Skills:

• Healthcare
• EDI
• X12 Healthcare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transaction sets

Must Have Requirements:

• 5+ years of software programming and analysis, primarily .NET
• 3+ years of programming EDI transactions
• Experience with X12 Healthcare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transaction sets

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Minimum 6 years

Relocation: No, this position will not cover relocation expenses
