Healthcare Compliance Analyst

Responsibilties include-

  • Compiles licensing and regulatory information in Excel form and tracks and monitors renewal dates.
  • Keeps other departments abreast of requirements by researching regulatory and filing information; writing and communicating guidelines.
  • Management of assigned internal compliance audits
  • Recommendation and oversight of corrective action plans, and compliance education
  • Familiarity with federal and state regulations, such as False Claims Act, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Civil Monetary Penalties Law, and HIPAA.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains rapport with regulatory personnel by arranging continuing contacts; resolving concerns.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Working knowledge of reviewing and redlining agreements

    • Experience:
    Minimum Required: 1-year experience in health care, compliance, or related field
    Preferred: Experience in healthcare compliance or health law
    Certification in healthcare compliance preferred.
