HBO Production Coordinator, Multicultural Marketing Operations

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A FULL-TIME FREELANCE ASSIGNMENT FOR UP TO 6 MONTHS.

OVERALL SUMMARY:
The HBO Multicultural Marketing Operations team manages the distribution of HBO Latino, MAX Latino & Multicultural promotional video content across all platforms. We are looking for a key player in supporting our business growth and leading the packaging of promotional editorial content for our team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Traffic the editorial and content distribution from our HBO Studio location to HBO Latino, MAX Latino, HBO Latin America and Multicultural platforms.

Reconcile team’s assets in our various campaign management systems on a daily basis

Fulfill ad hoc projects such as presentation reels, off-channel graphic card, lower thirds, and file conversions for our video distribution assets

HBO’s Latin America networks are day and date with the US. It is essential to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our video distribution and have content up and available to our partners immediately after it is available in the US

Ensure quality of video content and troubleshoot issues promptly and meet the quality control stardards of HBO

Work in unison with Marketing Operations teams to maintain a seamless workflow

Partner with key internal stakeholders including Media & Technology Operations, New Media team, as well as outside production houses.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required

Fluent in Spanish

Working knowledge of Avid & After Effects

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a production environment and strong understanding of technical processes for television editing and quality control

Flexibility of hours – night and weekend edits often required

Ability to juggle various tasks and prioritize complex project schedules
