HBO Product Marketing Coordinator

OVERALL SUMMARY:
HBO is seeking Coordinator to join the User Acquisition and Programmatic Buying team. The ideal candidate has a mix of strong analytical skills with exceptional project management abilities. This individual will support the execution of performance based media campaigns across HBO’s tune in promotions as well as user acquisition campaigns for HBO NOW.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the design, implementation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including search, social, ad networks and DSPs.

Liaise with creative, analytics, and various internal teams regarding planning and prioritization to assist in ensure all campaigns are executed in a timely and efficient manner.

Brief and coordinate audience needs for various digital campaigns. Assist in building audience segments for analysis and media activation in data management platform.

Maintain and track media budgets to ensure accuracy.

Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness and share learnings on audience targets, digital creative and channel performance.

Work on ad-hoc reporting and project needs.

REQUIREMENTS:
1-2

years of experience in a digital media or marketing role, preferably working in the entertainment industry or on a subscription business.

Experience with Data Management Platforms a plus.

Additional experience developing and managing campaigns across self-service display platforms (GDN, AdWords for Video, Facebook & Twitter) highly preferred

Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of online site and campaign reporting metrics.

Exceptional project and relationship management skills – deep cross-functional collaboration is required

Proactive, energetic self-starter who thrives on getting things done in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

Impeccable communication and presentation skills

Bachelor’s degree required
