Hardware Engineer with ABAQUS solidworks (2w2 only)

  • 3+ years of experience in the use of ABAQUS commercial finite element analysis tool
  • 2+ years of experience in SOLIDWORKS. Good understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and various metal manufacturing techniques
  • 3+ years of experience in analyzing, debugging, and proposing solutions through finite element analyses, to resolve various electronic packaging issues observed during assembly and reliability
  • 2+ years of experience in design and analyses of various electronic packaging failure modes in temperature cycling, shock, and vibration test conditions
  • Proficiency understanding of various new packaging architectures (multi-chip, chip on chip, chip on wafer) and package architecture assembly/reliability challenges
  • Proficiency experience and knowledge in material testing for mechanical characterization, reliability testing methods, and data analyses
  • Good understanding of Automotive standards, such as AEC-Q102, and certification methods

    Pay: $33.00 per hour
