Guest Services Associate/Pool

SUMMARY

The Pharmacy Call center Customer Service Representative answers high volume calls for medication refills. This position analyzes and resolves problems, clarifies, and resolves issues and maintains the Pharmacy Call Center database.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school graduate or GED is required.

Six months of experience in a high call volume Customer service, Billing, Insurance or directly related health care environment,

A minimun of two years of call center and/or scheduling experience is preferred.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Prior knowledge of outpatient pharmacy and/or hospital operations is preferred.

Proficiency in Siemens, Call Center database and/or ACD telephone system, and Outpatient Pharmacy programs is preferred.

Training and/or certification in pharmacy or medical billing is preferred.
