Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social

The Paid Social Growth Manager holds a foundational role in driving CK’s member growth engine. Your mandate is to drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of paid social prospecting & retargeting channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) . You will determine allocation of a large monthly marketing budget and enjoy high visibility to senior marketing leadership.
Working closely with Credit Karma’s dedicated social strategy team, you will help shape our content and brand strategy for social, help inform creative direction based on industry best practice and test and measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns that we are running on social. Critical to your role will be the ability to take tests to scale and drive impact for the Credit Karma business. You have a strong grasp of the acquisition, retargeting, & attribution marketing technology landscape. In addition, you enjoy making data-driven decisions and executing with product and engineering to implement growth strategies.

What You Get To Do

  • Partner with Social Strategy team, marketing Analytics and Performance Marketing teams to ensure defensible, measurable brand lift testing and execution
  • Serve as primary creative liaison between Performance Marketing and Social Strategy teams
  • Advocate for paid social testing best practices across platforms including Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest & more
  • Partner in development of testing roadmap, prioritizing and ideating creative executions
  • Partner in creative strategy, partnering across organization to impact landing page generation, A/B testing, and automation of marketing infrastructure
  • Coordinate with internal/external teams to refine creative and targeting strategies based on test results
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses for improving marketing performance, execute A/B tests, and apply knowledge of basic statistics (e.g. sample size, significance) to separate signal from noise
  • Scale successful tests, advocating for learnings more broadly across acquisition, engagement & revenue marketing initiatives

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 2 to 6 years of online marketing experience, at least 2 years of paid social experience
  • Has demonstrated step-function growth and improved efficiency of marketing channels
  • Balances highly analytical and creative skill set
  • Can drive overall social testing strategy from forecasting, budgeting, and planning-to resource allocation, prioritization, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Has demonstrated tactical excellence in paid socialProficiency with SQL, Looker a plus
  • Advanced Excel user
