AECI is looking to recruit a Group Skills Development Facilitator to work in Chloorkop.

Duties & Responsibilities • Skills Development legal framework – SETA’s and Department of Higher Education requirements.

• Workplace Skills Plans – Operating Company consultative forums.
• Discretionary Grant – Reporting for CHIETA.
• Learnership sourcing – People with disabilities.
• Workplace accreditation.
• Data integrity and Statistical reporting.
• External forum – CHIETA Chambers.
• BBBEE SD Element scorecards – AECI HO and Operating Companies.
• Income Tax rebates.

Qualifications & Experience • Matric.

• B Degree in Humanities.
• Minimum of 6 years’ SDF experience of which 3 – 5 years in a management position.
• Advanced knowledge of Employment Equity and Skills Development legislation.
• BBBEE Codes of Practice.
• SETA requirements (CHIETA preferably).
• Intermediate level of knowledge of MS Office Suite.
