A successful Group Manager thrives working in a fast paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

The Group Manager is responsible for leading and coaching teams through troubleshooting and monitoring of key operating processes and equipment. In addition, the Group Manager will identify areas to improve operations and exceed key performance indicators by utilizing lean manufacturing, six sigma mythologies, and industry trends.

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn brewing and packaging processes through hands on training
  • Become a qualified beer taster to ensure the quality of our products (if of legal drinking age). The beer industry has its perks!
  • Manage highly automated, complex processes in a fast paced environment
  • Work with senior leaders to drive process improvement initiatives and change efforts. At AB, we’re never fully satisfied and are always looking to improve upon ourselves
  • Promote and encourage safe working practices, it’s our first priority
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain production plans, inventories, and schedules to ensure excellent process performance and product quality
  • Ensure the overall productivity, quality and profitability of the company

Job Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts
  • Ability to relocate within the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree
  • Manufacturing or related experience
  • Beer/alcohol industry knowledge
