Graphic Designer/Production Artist

Realty USA seeks a hard-working, talented and creative person to join the graphic design team in the Capital Region. The Graphic Designer/Production Artist is responsible for determining how to best visually represent RealtyUSA/Howard Hanna Real Estate Services across all media.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work collaboratively with team members to consistently execute top drawer creative solutions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop creative concepts for print and online marketing initiatives including newspaper, magazine, collateral design, web, presentations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects from concept through completion
• Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure creative quality and integrity
• Work with internal teams to generate ideas for new or trending media
• Provide quality control over concepts and projects

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• A strong illustration and typography skill set with expert knowledge and daily use of Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop as well as a strong portfolio.
• Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced PowerPoint presentation design skills
• Associate Degree in Art, design or related field
• Agency experience a plus
• Must be flexible and open-minded
• Must have an understanding of branding and brand guidelines
