Graphic Designer

What we’re looking for:

EVgo is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team during an incredibly exciting period of transition and growth. This person will be responsible for assisting in the production and development of both digital and print creative assets.

Position Description

This position will support marketing and business development on a variety of projects that involving branding, customer engagement, website design, collateral materials, social media, web banners, email blasts, infographics.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create marketing materials for web including banners, email blasts, landing page design and videos
• Create custom web page graphics and text content.
• Design marketing materials for print and POP for customers and
• Use analytical tools to create and analyze user behaviors and to improve web designExperience with email campaign development – Hubspot and or Mail Chimp experience a plus
• Create strong visual solutions and maps for research based information, such infographics, charts and tables, and PowerPoint presentations
• Edit images, alter photograph content, and make color corrections and enhancements.
• Stay abreast of new web technology; make recommendations for improvements in web architecture, design, layout and functionality.
• Implement web design changes as approved. Troubleshoot web related problems and issues.
• Maintain and update the art department asset filing system.
• Design and publish email newsletters
• Trade and promotional material creation
• Work with internal and external stakeholders on creation of content, online experience and promotional materials.
• Understand business implications of decisions. Align work with corporate strategic goals and have the ability to easily manage competing demands in order to successfully meet deadlines.

Required Skills/Experience :

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of graphic design and production artist experience
• Experience with HTML5 and WordPress
• Full knowledge of Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• A balance between print and digital experience and knowledge
• Strong retouching skills
• Keen eye for detail and precision
• Ability to execute style guide and maintain brand guidelines
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
