Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and proficient Graphic Designer to support the company’s graphic and creative design needs.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, the Graphic Designer will research, conceptualize, design, and produce outstanding creative on a wide range of design projects including but not limited:

Logo and brand design
Print & digital marketing material
Promotional and advertising material
Website design, comps & visual content
Presentation/Deck templates
Social media graphic design
Video graphics

Job Requirements

Graphic Design education and training, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work
3-5 years of professional experience working in a fast-paced creative environment
Solid understanding of design principals
Excellent communication skills including the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale
Ability to brainstorm, collaborate and take technical and creative direction
Outstanding Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Keynote and PowerPoint skills
An understanding of new technologies and ways to harness them for our work
Front-end web and mobile design experience, understanding of user interface principles, and working knowledge of self-publishing platforms (Squarespace, WordPress, Mailchimp)
Ability to design stylish, high-end sales pitch decks, business development and corporate presentations
Must be proficient and comfortable with Mac and PC platforms
A positive, hard-working “Can-do” attitude, and the ability to multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing projects to meet deadlines
Excellent at keeping up with the latest design trends and technology
Experience with and understanding of client services
Enthusiasm & pride in your work
Must be detail-oriented, well organized and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
Ensure files for production are properly built and work with specified parameters on a per project basis
The candidate should be proficient in English (fluent in Spanish a plus)
