Engility is currently seeking a Graphic Designer for a position located in McLean, VA. This position provides strategic design support to our customer missions. Candidate will join a dynamic creative team, helping to define customer multimedia requirements and design innovative, high-visibility communications products in an up tempo environment. Collaborate with excellence by working with the best in the business. Qualified candidates will demonstrate sophisticated design aesthetic, technical skill, and knowledge of current design trends.

The main responsibilities of this position will be:
Provide design support to senior leadership

Provide design support to Communications leads

Create high-end graphics for high-visibility presentations.

Design for publications.

Must be highly motivated and able to work well alone and as part of a team.

Collaborate with teammates to design and develop print materials, and static web content, and other multimedia products that improve tactical and organizational communication.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
The qualified candidate will have the following skills, experience and education:

Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Minimum of eight years experience and a Bachelor’s degree is required. Additional years of experience can be used in lieu of degree.

Must possess skills and experience necessary to produce original designs and custom layouts for presentations, briefs, publications, and other content for interactive multimedia products.

Understanding of Branding and Visual Identity; experience defining style and designing for communications campaigns

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into modern, stylish visuals.

Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication

Ability to interface with senior leaders, peers and support elements in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint; Proficient in Microsoft Word; Experienced with Microsoft Excel

Proficient on PC, and working on customer infrastructure
