Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team by creating on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements
• Take pride in the email and website content we produce to showcase our brand image and great styles to loyal customers
• Learn and maintain awareness of schedules, deadlines and processes in an ever-evolving e-commerce environment
• Maintain an organized library of source files and assets

• Self-starter who is a customer focused, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player. Willingness to do whatever is necessary to deliver results; owner mentality.
• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising content
• Ability to work within multiple teams and accept feedback and input from marketing, and product management teams
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, working knowledge of DreamWeaver is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Extreme attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
• Passion for continuous improvement in an ever-changing environment
• A good cultural fit for the team

Required education:

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, Computer Science, and/or Photo Journalism.

Required experience:

• Graphic Design: 1 year

For consideration: Must submit an online portfolio or design samples demonstrating strong visual design skills and experience relevant to the role. Preferred samples include advertising, branding, and product/service promotional design work
