Position Title: Graphic Designer

Reports To: VP, General Manager

Red Hare Brewing Company is an independent microbrewery located in the heart of Marietta, GA. In August 2011, Red Hare started selling craft beer throughout the state of Georgia, and is now also available throughout Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, and the Florida panhandle. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop graphics and designs (print work, logos, and other images) from scratch
• Manage company’s website and all social media postings
• Work with management team on marketing incentives including promotions and events
• Assist in the creation of projects to meet company objectives while ensuring technical feasibility
• Work with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within budget
• Develop a detailed project plan and track progress
• Other duties may be assigned

Position Qualifications:

• A. or B.S. in Graphic Design, communications or related field required
• Efficient time management skills and strong communication skills are a must
• Proficiency in Adobe CS4, InDesign, and Illustrator, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to exercise independent judgment to handle a variety of duties
• Ability to drive and maintain a valid and current state driver’s license
• Maintain at all times his/her own personal auto insurance with limits of bodily injury liability of at least $100,000/$300,000 and $50,000 property damage liability
• Experience coordinating promotions preferred
• Must be available to travel and work evenings/weekends
