Graphic Designer

Hull Property Group, a privately owned retail real estate acquisition, management and development company, is currently seeking a creative graphic designer to join our marketing team in Augusta, Georgia. The graphic designer will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to create sets and graphics for large scale mall events and initiatives, manage and continually update the company’s online presence, and work across departments on a variety of projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design custom large format graphics to cover wall spaces in mall common areas across the company’s portfolio to create a unique and positive shopping experience
• Design content for large LED billboard signage to promote tenants and mall happenings
• Create set designs and collateral materials for the company’s growing number of marketing initiatives
• Create, update and maintain graphics for multiple mall websites and social media outlets to promote sales, specials, events and news
• Work across departments to create renderings and mock-ups for potential tenant buildouts and mall renovation projects
• Assist in large format print production to include formatting, packaging and shipping

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in interactive and print media
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of design principles, composition, color theory and typography
• Experience in large format printing and print production preferred
• Strong communicator. Ability to present graphic ideas both verbally and visually to company principles
• Highly organized and detailed oriented. Able to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing demands
• Team player who is open to learning new techniques and methods
• Current residence or ties to Augusta, Georgia
