Responsibilities:

• Excellent knowledge of print processes.
• Work on creative briefs in conjunction with the Account Director and Art Director as well as working on ideas as part of a team or developing design concepts under your own steam.
• Network and sharing of ideas with other adm design teams – London, Paris, Shanghai
• Ability to juggle several projects at once with staggered deadlines. Ability to work under pressure and achieve high standards of delivery within tight time lines.
• Consult with clients and multi-disciplinary team members to establish product requirements.
• Discuss appropriate production processes, costs and commercial issues.
• Prepare presentations of work to internal stakeholders as well as clients.
• Engage with account management teams to understand client brief requirements and at times meet with clients directly.

Qualifications:

• A recognized creative qualification.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience.
• Expert in in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, as well as Microsoft Office packages.
• Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• A good understanding of brand and corporate guidelines.
• Collaborative skills to work closely with senior account managers and account executives as well as the client.
• Great progress reporting skills at every stage of the design and artwork process.
• Methodical approach to archiving images and artwork.
• Experience in creating digital art and assets (print & digital).
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are critical.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve high standards of delivery within tight time lines.
