Position Overview:

This Graphic Designer position is a member of the Creative Services team within the Marketing department and reports directly to the Art Director. Our ideal candidate is a passionate designer with a strong artistic and visual eye for design- applicable to both print-based and digital projects- as well as a detail-oriented and organized individual capable of maintaining processes and procedures at a fast-growing company. In this particular role, good project management skills, an excellent communication style and the ability to respond quickly to last minute changes at a fast pace are required.

Responsibilities:

Field Events

Assists with the creation and distribution of artwork to support national and local marketing events including but not limited to bounce back coupons/postcards, donation certificates, event invitations, raffle cards and event signage.

Corporate Events

Conceptualizes and executes the visual components of our philanthropic campaigns. This includes working with our Corporate Events team on the look and feel of the campaign that encompasses everything from e-blasts to in-store marketing collateral.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• High level skills in graphic design software, including web and multimedia design with proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign.

• Thorough knowledge of visual design principals: graphic design, layout, typography, color, icon development, corporate identity and branding.

• Ability to create printed materials (press kits, postcards, brochures, invitations, etc.).

• Enjoys an enthusiastic and team-oriented, collaborative work style.

• Must be exceptionally organized, self-motivated, deadline-oriented and an effective communicator.

• Understanding of print production a must.
