Graphic Designer (3 Month Contract)

The Graphic Designer at Stream is responsible for the design of projects including web design, print materials, presentations, email templates, brand development, and more.
Responsibilities

  • Independently designs and implements an array of design content for internal and external use
  • Designs digital banners and social content, including sizing and versioning
  • Provides final digital production of marketing, promotional materials, and web graphics
  • Presents ideas, mockups, and design comps in meetings with small groups
  • Contributes to projects managed by other graphic designers
  • Ensures design elements of the Stream brand and style guide are followed
  • Participates in all phases of the graphic design process, from ideation through final delivery
  • Designs engaging and effective website and mobile user interfaces
  • Understands printing techniques and limitations, and how to design for them
  • Works closely with other designers and leadership for guidance and review
  • Incorporates feedback
  • Other related duties as assigned
    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years’ experience in a design role at an advertising or marketing agency or in-house marketing or creative services department
    • Ability to operate effectively within both Apple OS X and Windows operating systems
    • Proficiency with the latest versions of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
    • Clear, concise oral and written communication
    • Able to occasionally work flexible hours; overtime and weekends may be required
      Education & Preferred Experience:

        • BA or BFA or higher in graphic design or a related discipline; alternatively, four years’ additional experience in agency or in-house marketing or creative services department
        • Experience with network marketing and/or retail services a plus
        • Familiarity with web development and/or online marketing disciplines a plus
        • Experience with other creative disciplines such as photography, videography, or motion graphics a plus
