As a Mid-Level Graphic designer you will be responsible for supporting day to day design needs for K12, implementing design solutions that are on-brand, while meeting the goals of the business. This role is hands-on, working directly with the Creative Director,
Art Director, the marketing design team, project managers, and stakeholders, on cross-functional marketing efforts and product campaigns.

You must be a creative, proactive, unique thinker, able to work on brilliantly executed campaigns from start to finish with high attention to detail. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills
and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. This individual excels at providing both highly analytical as well as highly creative solutions to the table.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Bring conceptual and innovative creative solutions to each project
• Collaboration on high-level strategy, and hands-on designing
• Take ownership of projects from beginning to end under the direction of Creative Director and Art Director, as well as stakeholders
• Excellent prioritization, time management, communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills
• Work on a wide range of projects, including but not limited to:
  • Print: Multi-page documents, brochures, flyers, print ads, signage etc.
  • Digital: E-mail, websites, advertising, social media etc.
  • Branding: implementation, campaign creation, logo design etc.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Switch from creative designer to production designer depending on the project
• Collaborating with, and mentoring other designers
• Work with creative services team in the Agile process
• Research technology and design trends

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field

• 3+ years experience in graphic design role. Marketing and/or agency experience is a plus.

• Strong capabilities in Adobe Creative Suite.

• A portfolio that demonstrates the range and quality of your projects, with high attention to detail, layout, and typography. Experience in marketing and brand identity a plus.

• Must be comfortable working with Microsoft Office application skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook

• Strong conceptual thinking: resourcefulness, diligence, attention to detail, and creative problem solving skills.
