Graphic Designer

We’re seeking a full-time Graphic Designer who is eager to join our a fast-paced, professional, and entrepreneurial environment in our exciting South Miami office.

You’ll have the opportunity to grow with the company, work with a talented team, and help build the TelaClaims brand.

Basic Qualifications:

• Preferred college graduate with at least a Bachelors in Graphic Design

• 5+ years as a professional Graphic Designer, working in a professional setting, managing producing a variety of graphic design materials

• Able to prioritize, manage, and execute multiple projects on time and in budget

• Eager to learn and grow your skillset

• Have strong design computer/technology skills

• Able to proactively solve problems, pitch in, and adapt in a growing startup environment

Requirements

• Exceptional graphic designer skills, displaying creativity, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness

• Adept at prepping layout, design, and graphic elements of a wide variety of collateral

• Good communicator and excellent listener

• Well-organized, excellent planner and highly productive executor, with ability to hit deadlines, budget, and expectations

• Good researcher, able to find both information and resources and present clearly and concisely

• Excellent team player and solo project manager; low maintenance and adept at reporting up and collaborating

• Proactive, problem solver, flexible and adaptable, fast learner; good at getting both the big picture and attending to critical details

• Readily able to adapt style to audience, platform, mission, and team preference

• Experienced in Sketch App, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Bonus points if you….

• Are entrepreneurial and have worked in a fast-growing startup

• Have experience with HubSpot, WordPress, HTML

• Have experience with designing web pages and digital newsletter templates.

• Other areas of content production expertise such as photography, video, webinars

• Responsibilities

• Create graphics for all content/collateral/products (esp. newsletters, sales materials, and web images) working with a team to deliver appropriate visuals

• Layout and design newsletters, sales materials presentations, infographics, white papers, sales sheets, investor portfolio materials, brochures, decks, biz cards, signs

• Manage the creation of new brands and branding materials (esp. logos and signs)

• Assist with outsourcing design/graphic needs, locating vendors, bidding projects, managing selection, overseeing development, and ensuring timely and quality delivery

• Organize and manage graphic and brand assets and establish brand guidelines

• Provide advice on all design work as requested across departments
