The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), headquartered in Daytona Beach, FL, is currently seeking a full-time, Graphic Designer . Reporting to the Vice President of Brand and Creative Group, this position is responsible for designing and coordinating graphic materials such as brochures, magazines, newspapers, electronic and interactive media and specialty items for the LPGA. This position is based in Daytona Beach, FL.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Coordinate projects involving design and print production of materials for the organization and other entities, both internal and external, as they relate to LPGA business including forms, manuals, brochures, newsletters, proposals, web graphics, etc.

Assist Art Director and VP in special projects and assignments from conception to final production

Prepare and present a variety of original designs and/or layouts for selection exercising creativity, discretion and independent judgment

Prioritize, track, maintain records and meet deadlines on a variety of projects within the Creative Group

Demonstrates proficiency in basic aspects of pre-press

Retouch photos and make color corrections

Manage files from Mac applications and PC formats

Prepare files for press and meet specifications provided by media companies and vendors

Prepare files for production meeting specifications provided by media companies and vendors and checks proofs or samples

Participate in special LPGA projects and assignments as and when requested Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design preferred

At least two years of professional experience in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience

Highly proficient in the use of Apple computers and graphic design software

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite CC (including, but not limited to, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & Acrobat), Microsoft Office (including, but not limited to, PowerPoint & Word)

Ability to work within a networked, creative environment using a project management system

General golf knowledge preferred

Strong work ethic and interpersonal/customer service skills

A positive, can-do attitude, and ability to produce high quality work, with a strong attention to detail, within tight deadlines is essential

Self-motivated, efficient, use good judgment

Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented with a professional attitude

Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
