Graphic Designer

We’re looking to add a talented graphic designer to our design team! We’re looking for a self-driven creative who is passionate about design and has an interest in digital marketing. We need someone who is attentive to details and has a modern aesthetic sensibility that effortlessly fits in with (and adds to) our unique brand. We’re growing fast and the volume of work we’re producing is high; our expectations of quality are even higher.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce a high volume of print and digital creative on tight deadlines, to include web banners, digital ads, email headers, website imagery, flyers, tradeshow signage, infographics etc.
• Follow brand standards
• Participate in collaborative brainstorms, concept development, and design mock-ups
• Develop ideas and concepts into compelling visual solutions
• Present visual ideas, design rationale, and detail to team members and cross functional partners
• Work closely with marketing team and fellow designers
• Interpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources to ensure design concepts meet business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years experience
• Expertise in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Must be able to produce quality work in a fast-paced atmosphere
• A solid understanding of the print process, layout, color, and typography principles
• Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to multiple project timelines.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem-solving skills
• An interest in digital marketing/advertising
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
