Job Purpose: Responsible for sponsored project billing and financial reporting in accordance with contract terms and conditions.

Major Responsibilities:
Establish fund and project demographics related to billing and reporting.

Accurate preparation, reconciliation and submission of invoices.

Accurate preparation and timely submission of financial reports.

Access and use multiple online systems for billing and reporting submission.

Timely review and action of projects identified on management reports.

Resolution of billing matters.

Collaborate with financial administration for timely award close out.

Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Experience: One year job related experience.

Certifications: N/A

Skills: This job requires professional knowledge of accounting principles, practices and management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Experience with enterprise financial software, proficient with Microsoft Office suite, attention to detail, ability to problem solve and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
