JOB SUMMARY

Manages and coordinates the activities of a designated project to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within specified time frame .

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generally coordinate the projects implementation;
  • Work with staff and partners to augment project supportive services resources and build collaboratives;
  • Work with evaluators to compile and report data, and assessment and evaluation reports and ensure all program documentation is complete, accurate and comprehensive;
  • Work with and coordinates efforts with grant partners to accomplish grant objectives;
  • Coordinate program marketing, assess student and faculty needs, network with community based service providers, and leverage other local resources;
  • Use online electronic systems where required to review partner invoices requesting grant reimbursement and analyze compliance with costs and for proper classification under grant guidelines.
  • May prepare or participate in the preparation of abstracts, research reports, funding proposals, operations and procedure manuals, and other written material and documentation as required.
  • Reviews reports and records of activities to ensure progress is made toward specified program objectives.
  • Develops implements and maintains appropriate policies and procedures concerning project administration.
  • May manage and administer grants for project, including the coordination of meetings, communications and other operations.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE; CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or in a related field required. Four years of relevant work experience strongly recommended. Requires Criminal Records Background Check.
