The Service Department of our GM store is seeking an experienced, motivated Certified GM Technician to join our team. GM Automotive Technicians team members are responsible for providing excellent customer care by thoroughly performing preventive maintenance checks in accordance with factory and dealership guidelines.

GM Technician Responsibilities:

• Ongoing Training (OEM Certification + State Certification)
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Performing work with efficiency and accordance with Sterling and OEM policy
• Quality Control
• 100% Fixed Right First Time
• Test drive vehicle
• Effective communication with Service Advisor
• Meets or exceeds established CSI score target
• Must be able to commit 40-45 hours work week.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years of GM Dealership experience
• GM training completion 85% or above
• ASE Certification’s
• Clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $27.00 to $34.00 /hour
