Global Vice President HR

For a global leader in the luxury goods segment we are inviting applications for a

Global Vice President Human Resources , based New York.

Tasks

• Advising managers and staff / personnel within all relevant issues and employment laws
• Recruitment, using all relevant personnel, marketing, recruiting and selection processes
• Professional management and development of all staff portfolio (incl. Compensation & Benefits, Payroll)
• Technical and disciplinary responsibility of the central personnel department
• Development of concepts and solutions to all human resources issues, such as working hours regulations, staff development
• monitoring of change and organizational processes
• Additional responsibilities: industrial training, facility management
• Conceptual projects for their own area and in the corporate group

Profile

After successful completion of a degree (business administration, economics) or comparable

training, you have a minimum of 10 years of professional and management experience in human resources.

As a very service oriented and communicative expert in personnel matters you are used to

approach tasks methodically and structured, convincing through your technical knowledge as

well as your “hands-on mentality”. Perseverance, commitment and a motivating charisma

make you a persuasive personality also with outstanding leadership abilities and social skills.

Besides fluency in English, other language skills are welcome and solid experience in staff management complete your profile.
